To my mind, a picture should be something pleasant, cheerful, and pretty, yes pretty! There are too many unpleasant things in life as it is without creating still more of them.

maple hibiscus huh? first i've ever heard of that. do post a pict when it flowers please. if the blossoms are as beautiful as the leaves, i gotta see. (it does flower doesn't it?)
It is shedding leaves now, so I might have to wait till next year. I bought it at farmer's market and they promised red flowers (which supposedly have medicinal value).
